Board Meetings – Open to Parents

All board meetings are open to any parent who is interested in attending.

2012 Board Meetings Move to Bimonthly

A decision was made to change the monthly board meetings to bimonthly meetings. They will continue to be on the first Tuesday of the month. If you should have anything that needs to be discussed at the next upcoming board meeting please submit your concern/issue to Eric Sidebotham or Rob Reagan one week in advance so that your item can be added to the forthcoming meeting agenda.  The Board of Directors meet at 7:30 p.m., at a location that is announced prior to each meeting.

The purpose of these montly meetings is to discuss areas that need attention by the board, and future plans and/or ideas are discussed. Upcoming meets are reviewed and discussed, as well as volunteer needs, social functions, news from the Aquatic Center, and more. Attending a board meeting will provide you with an “inside” picture of what’s going on behind the scenes of our swim team.  Watch your email for an announcement on the next forthcoming board meeting. (The format of our board meetings are comfortable, and informational, and the members try to stay on point since the meetings are only meant to be an hour long.)

These meetings will also be posted on our team  Calendar for the exact date, time and location. If the date of a meeting falls on a holiday (e.g.: 4th of July) the meeting will be moved to the following Tuesday.
